the collection of prints highlighted here were created in a class i was taking at the school of the art institute-chicago. they turned into much more for me. i was learning that i didn't have to be a master printmaker, that instead i could let my hands and fingers do the walking and talking. sometimes i tripped and sometimes i mumbled. mostly, i loved what happened. these prints also inspired me to draw and not be afraid of people calling what i was drawing, "doodles". those will appear here over time and with the help of a proper scanner and the patience assisted by a maker's and ginger.
